I have always been extremely active and adventurous but day-after-day, immersing myself in our social media'ed culture, I learn more and more about what to eat, what not to eat and how to live a fulfilling life. Some of this information confuses me, as I'm sure it does to you too, but I thought I would try to take a stab at sharing my thoughts to make all of our lives easier in this crazy world.
I graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in public relations and a dual minor in nutrition and psychology. I recently started working for a public relations agency in my hometown where I work with a variety of clients, managing their social media and other PR necessities. I'm helping out two healthy food companies as side gigs. Demoing for Ithaca Hummus and managing their social media as well as helping a cookie startup company rebrand and build her business, I keep very busy!
Trying to find my place in this world, I do what I love to do each and every day and try to live life to the fullest.
Cooking, exercising, listening to Luke Bryan or Darius Rucker and spending time with family and friends are what I spend most of my time doing.
